Return Eligibility
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can help resolve the issue.
To request a return or replacement, please include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos if the product arrived damaged
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and quality reasons, opened food products may not be eligible for return unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Refunds or Replacements
If a return is approved, we will provide either:
- A replacement product, or
- A refund to the original payment method
Refund timing may depend on your payment provider.
